This Joshua tree pink themed brand photoshoot will have you ready to spend your next vacay at this beautiful Airbnb. While the Flamingo Social Club was such a highlight, it wasn’t the only thing that will make your jaw drop.

My client Lis Best, an impact coach helping women lead with mindfulness and moxie, and I created pure content magic in this two day content creation retreat/photoshoot. I can’t wait to share more about the process!

CRAFTING A CONTENT PLAN

Our goal was to create a solid 3 month social media plan that allowed Lis to speak directly to her ideal client, showed her personality and was consistent with her brand pillars.

In order to meet these 3 goals, I was very intentional about her content. How you ask? The key to creating intentional content is thinking about her goals, looking to competitors for inspiration, diving into who her ideal client and coming up with content gold. With a content plan in place and approved by Lis, I organized her photo and video shot list + wardrobe guide + prop ideas.

PREPARING FOR THE PHOTOSHOOT

Now that we had everything organized on paper, it was time to pull it all together. I was so excited and instantly knew the location that would be perfect for her pink photoshoot vibe. It was none other that the Flamingo Social Club. The decor, the outdoor dock, the hot tub and more made this the best spot for her shoot.

Next up, helping her narrow down outfit options that were on brand and matched in the location we chose.

CAPTURING VIDEO & PHOTO CONTENT

Finally the day arrived and we headed out to Joshua Tree to bring our vision to life. We spent 3 days creating content, enjoying the house and relaxing in the hot tub. This is my favorite way to do a brand photoshoot: spending a few days together in one location with lots of pizza.

THE RESULT

We created so much fun video and photo content! She now has 6 months of content including over 100 photos, 20 videos and reels. She doesn’t have to think about content for a while now! I can’t wait for you to see what we have created.
